Marilyn's journey began when her daughter was diagnosed with a rare auto immune disorder at 10 years old. She quickly learned that traditional medicine and doctors did not always have the answers so she began seeking alternatives to help her daughter. She was introduced to B.E.S.T and watched as the miracles began to happen. It changed their lives and she is ready to help other people experience their own miracles.
She was also introduced to Reiki and has been practicing for over 10 years on herself and her family and is ready to share her experience with others to aid in their healing.

Rachel was introduced to Reiki when she was 11 years old, while battling a painful auto immune disorder. Her journey led to a path of discovery and she decided to become a healer. She loves to help others experience the power of Reiki and Crystal Healing.

Rachel is also certified as an akashic records reader and enjoys connecting to people's records to help them in their life journey.

As a yoga instructor Rachel focuses on your bodies abilities and will adjust your yoga experience accordingly focusing on correct body positioning.
