Our first meeting is free and you are under no obligation. This is when we can get to know each other. You can tell me what kind of birth experience you are looking for and ask me questions. If you are not sure what you are looking for I can help you figure it out.

2 Prenatal Visits
During the visits we will discuss birth plans and create a plan that is perfect for you. We will practice relaxation techniques, discuss laboring positions, coping techniques, and discuss the role of your labor support partner, and answer any questions or concerns you have about your pregnancy, birth, or the postpartum period.
During labor
The most important thing a woman needs during labor is continuous support. This means that you have someone by your side continuously from start to finish. A doula never leaves your side. Nurses have many other responsibilities other than you and a nurse’s support ends when her shift does. The doula only has one obligation the whole time she is with you—and that is YOU!
Baby’s first feeding Support
If you are planning on breastfeeding I will stay with you until you're baby has his/her first breast feeding experience. I will work with you and your baby to make sure you and your baby get started easily.
Postpartum follow-up visit
I will make one postpartum visit 7 to 10 days after you return home. I will answer any questions you have about baby, yourself, and your family.
Reiki
I offer one pregnancy Reiki session. Additional sessions are available.
Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.)
I offer one pregnancy B.E.S.T. session and I will do a one session on baby within 2 hours of the birth. Additional sessions are available.

I am here to provide you with all the evidence so you can make informed decisions about what you want.
Speak to the staff on your behalf
During our time together my goal is to empower you to speak up for your own wants and needs. I will be there to support you and your partner throughout the process.
Project any of my own beliefs onto your experience
Every woman has their own idea of their "perfect birth experience" and I will respect your choices. I am here to support you and not to change your mind. I can only provide answers to your questions based on the evidence available and show you options.
